Minimum Stay Requirements: Minimum two-night stay on weekends in July and August. Minimum three-night stay on holiday weekends. Cancellation: Guests may cancel for any reason two weeks prior to their booking. There will be a $25.00 service fee for this. If guests cancel after that time, their deposit of 50% will not be refundable. Pets: Pets Allowed and Small pets are allowed in designated rooms in the Terrace Country Motel. They are not allowed in Main Manor House or Carriage House. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
