Description

Circa 1890. Just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and a short walk from the New England village of Rockport, Massachusetts, the Seafarer Inn sits in a quiet and secluded seaside neighborhood. Built in the late 19th century, this Dutch Colonial home with an informal and intimate ambiance has three stories furnished with contemporary and antique furnishings. The wraparound porch overlooks the manicured lawn and sea roses as well as Gap Cove and Gully Point Cove. All the light-filled guest bedrooms boast ocean views. The two third-floor rooms feel like spacious beachside cottages with kitchenettes and breakfast nooks. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed in the sunroom or al fresco on the porch. Take a short drive to Halibut Point State Park to explore tide pools and learn about Cape Ann's granite history.

Location: Ocean Community and Waterfront.
