In the event the dates are refilled, and to the proportion that they are refilled, the deposit will be returned minus a $30 service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, the first night is non-refundable. Cancellations or a reduction of the nights booked at times of Special Events, Commencements, Boston Marathon, Fall Foliage in September & October if made 30 days or more in advance of the arrival date: $100 service fee is charged. If the cancellations or reductions are made less than 30 days: The entire deposit is non-refundable unless the cancelled dates are refilled. In the event the dates are refilled, and to the proportion that they are refilled, the deposit will be returned minus a $100 service fee. See 24 hour above. One-night Cancellation: Payable in advance and non-refundable.
