Description
Circa 1880. Spanning one acre, this historic grist mill was built in 1880 as a mill and was restored in 2006 and converted to a B&B with a banquet facility. Old Mill Bed and Breakfast sits on Mill River with landscaped grounds, flower gardens and a koi pond. Located in Hatfield, Massachusetts it is just five miles from downtown Northampton. Guest bedrooms feature antiques, fine art and modern amenities. Some include whirlpool tubs. A handicap-accessible room and a pet-friendly room are available. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the deck that overlooks the waterfalls.

Built as a grist mill in the 1700s, the original mill burned and the current one was built in 1880. It is a town landmark and at one time handled all the grain for the entire area.
