Circa 1877. Sitting on a hill and surrounded by 165 acres of orchards, fields and woodlands, Kenburn Orchards Bed & Breakfast is a stately Colonial farmhouse built in 1877. It has been lovingly restored and family owned since 1924. Enjoy expansive views across the Connecticut River all the way to Mount Monadnock in New Hampshire. Located in Shelburne, Massachusetts just over the Greenfield line, this B&B is near the scenic Mohawk Trail where it climbs from the Pioneer Valley to the Berkshire Hills. Year-round activities from nature and sports to arts and culture are plentiful and popular. Front porch rockers overlook the water garden. The fireside sitting room is an inviting setting. Guest bedrooms boast separate staircase entrances and are named after family ancestors. A delightful breakfast in the dining room is made with local produce.

Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 nights on summer-fall weekends, holidays and parent weekends at area schools Cancellation: Please notify innkeeper as soon as possible for any cancellations. If notification is made more than 14 days ahead, your deposit will be credited toward another stay within six months of your original reservation, or a refund will be made for one half of your deposit per room. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your intended visit, you will forfeit your entire deposit. This policy applies to a full or partial cancellation. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises.
