Description
Circa 1815. The five-acre site of this sea captain's house features both a salt-water marsh and a duck pond. The Saltworks house and the main house are appointed in an old-fashioned style with antiques, and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. Some have views of the nearby salt marsh or the pond. The inn is favored for its two restaurants; Sweet Seasons and the Tavern Room. The latter is popular for its jazz performances.

Minimum Stay Requirements: In season weekends two nights, holidays three nights; exceptions are made Cancellation: In Season and Holiday Weekends with any less than 15 days notice, refunds are made subject to re-renting the room for the period of the reservation. In season-inn credit (transferrable) only (late June-early September); A 3-day notice is required in the Off season. A $25 processing fee applies. We do try and refund deposits when possible. Smoking: Limited.
