Minimum Stay Requirements: 3 nights on weekends during season, and 3 nights on Christmas Stroll weekend. Cancellation: Cancellations must be received 21 days before scheduled arrival date. On shorter notice, you are fully responsible for the entire room amount, and refunds will be made only to the extent that the room can be re-rented without a loss to the Inn. There is a 10% service fee of the entire reservation for all cancellations made prior to the 21-day advance notice. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
