As our guest, you will be close to all the wonderful activities available to island visitors, without having to stay right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. While close enough to access shopping, restaurants and beaches easily, our guests have the luxury of relaxing on the Inn's porch and patios enjoying the Island's serenity when they want to escape the crowds.

THE STANDARD

These traditionally decorated rooms have a queen or double bed and are located throughout the inn.

Rates: $145 - $265

 

THE SUPERIOR

These rooms have the benefit of having more space than the Standard Rooms and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house.

Rates: $175 - $275

 

THE DELUXE

The most spacious guestrooms have king or queen beds and offer a choice of corner rooms with original (non-operational) fireplaces. These are the formal parlor and reception rooms of Captain Calder?s house. They are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the inn.

Rates: $195 - $375

 

THE SUITE

Located on the North Centre Street side of the guesthouse the suite is a unique combination of two standard rooms connected with a separate entrance hallway, it features a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave.

THE CENTURY HOUSE

During two periods each year the entire guesthouse may be rented for a wedding, reunion, or special event. This is the period from May 15 to June 15 and Sept. 15 to Oct 15. Please call for special rates!

Policies

Cancellation: A 15 day written notice is required to shorten or cancel a reservation. Vacancies caused by late arrival or early departures due to weather or any other circumstances are considered to be a cancellation. Reservation deposits are returned if a written notice is received at least 15 days before the arrival date. If cancellation is received less than 15 days in advance, a refund will be made but only to the extent your room is re-rented without loss to The Century House. There is a cancellation/processing fee of 10% of the total reservation regardless of the reason or length of notice. Group Reservation deposits are returned if a written notice is received at least 30 days before the arrival date. If cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance, a refund will be made but only to the extent your room is re-rented without loss to The Century House. There is a cancellation/processing fee of 10% of the total reservation regardless of the reason or length of notice.
