Description
Circa 1800. One block from Cape Cod Bay, this mid-1800s Victorian inn is painted Federal blue with a white picket fence, roses, gladioli and azaleas, creating a welcoming invitation. Inside, there's always a bowl of fruit and in summer, fresh cut flowers. The innkeeper's collections of Hummels, chandeliers and candelabras (Bill confesses to being a candelabra fanatic) are found throughout the parlor and guest rooms. Antiques such as a Victorian sofa and French settee furnish the living room with its handsome fireplace. The five rooms all offer large beds, phones with voice mail and data ports, VCRs and many other amenities. A 900-piece video library is cataloged, categorized and color coded for guests. Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast in the parlor or on one of the patios and plan your day's activities. Located in the heart of historic Provincetown, it is located just one block from Commercial Street with its many unique shops, restaurants and stores. Try booking a boating excursion or visit Pilgrims' First Landing Park and Museum.
