Group booking requires 100% prepayment and 50% cancellation fee imposed if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, no refund after that.
Early checkout penalty applies Pets: Pets Allowed, In limited number of rooms, dogs only with prior authorization. Unauthorized pets result in $100 fine plus the 200% of pet fee for the length of stay. Pet fee is $15 to $20 per pet per night. Pet damages, loss of rent if any, will be additional and must be guaranteed by credit card. Smoking: Limited.
