Your deposit will be refunded minus 10% if you cancel 21 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 21 days, your deposit (90%) is only refundable if the room is re-rented for the cancelled period. Please note that deposits for Holiday or Special Event periods are non-refundable unless the room is re-rented for the entire period reserved regardless of when the room is cancelled.
