Relax with a beverage and good conversation on the front porch wicker furniture or on the patio by the koi pond. Stay in a comfortable guest bedroom on the first or second floor that may have a canopy bed, sitting area or view of the gardens. Fresh fruits, pastries, bagels, yogurt and cereals are a great start to the day. Take a short walk to the harbor, shops and ferries or hop a bus for easy island transportation. Visit the historic Methodist Campground's Gingerbread Cottages and the Flying Horses, a vintage merry-go-round.

Policies |
Cancellation: A deposit of one nights room rental charge is required to reserve a room, with the balance due upon arrival. No reservations will be accepted without the deposit. When 14 days or more cancellation notification is given prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be returned in full. When less than 14 days notification is given prior to the arrival date, a service fee will be charged. When less than 48 hours notification is given prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the room can be re-rented, the deposit will be returned minus the service fee. There will be no refunds for early departures unless the room can be re-rented. If the room can be re-rented, the deposit will be returned minus the service fee. The service fee will be the larger amount of 20% of the deposit or $20. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
