This red brick B&B sits above Chick and Ruth's Delly, both family-owned and serving more than three generations amid Colonial ambiance and tradition. Select an inviting and comfortable air-conditioned guest bedroom reminiscent of the early 1900s, yet with modern amenities that include wireless Internet and cable TV. Breakfast is available downstairs at the Delly throughout the day. Select from a complimentary menu of favorite classics. Stroll the City Dock, tour Paca Gardens or enjoy a boat ride. Ted has grown up working in the family businesses, The Scotlaur Inn and Chick and Ruth's Delly. One of Teddy's many fine accomplishments was graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and Florida International University. Beth joined the family in 1981 when she and Ted exchanged vows. Together they operate the Scotlaur Inn, Chick and Ruth's Delly, and Uncle Teddys. Beth has a passion for tennis and played for Rollins College in Florida and for the University of Maryland. In between raising their two children, Scott and Lauren, maintaining the household, and tracking the company’s assets, she still manages to get a little time for her favorite pastime. Everyday you'll find Ted all over the place performing tasks like greeting every guest, taking orders from customers, working the grill, helping the guests check in and out, running the register, doing handyman repairs, and performing magic for all of the customers & telling jokes to both kids and adults. The Levitt family has owned and operated the restaurant and Inn longer then any other in the Annapolis Historic District. We're looking forward to meeting you and having you as our guest in the Scotlaur Inn. We welcome you to join us while we recite The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States. This is a tradition started many years ago by Chick and Ted. This is done every morning, Monday through Friday at 8:30 am and Saturday & Sunday at 9:30 am in the Chick and Ruth's Delly.

Rooms & Rates	Rates: $85 to $140 Payment types accepted include Master Card, Visa, Personal Checks and Travelers Checks. Rooms: This property has 10 total guest accommodations with private bath. The types of beds available include King, Twin and Double.
Policies	Cancellation: Deposits are refundable, less a $10 service fee if cancellation is received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. With less than 14 days notice we must be able to re-rent the room for the length of your stay in order to cancel. Cancellation time for graduations & groups reserving 4 or more rooms are refundable only 60 days before arrival unless rebooked for the length of stay. Boat Show booking are non refundable at time of booking, and can only be refunded if rebooked for full length of stay. All regular reservations must be confimed with a one night deposit charge to your credit card. Balance is due at check in. For Boat Shows & Naval Academy Graduation, full payment balance will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to check in.
