Minimum Stay Requirements: Some rooms have 2-night minimums on the weekends and all rooms have minimums on holidays and special event days. Cancellation: Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of arrival or departure. No shows, late check-ins and early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation. Cancellation must be received no later than 15 days (30 days for holidays and special event weekends) prior to your arrival date to obtain a refund, but are subject to a $20 cancellation fee, $50 for suites 8 & 9. If a cancellation occurs within the 15 (or 30) day window, an attempt will be made to rent your room; if unable to do so, you will forfeit the entire amount of the stay. Reservations made within 15 days of the arrival date cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Cancellation accepted only over the phone. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
