Circa 1906. Romance is the trademark of this Colonial Revival home that sits in the center of Sykesville, a quaint town on the National Register of Historic Places. The front porch and cozy parlor are both perfects spots for relaxation. The guest bedrooms and suites are tastefully decorated to reflect the four seasons. They boast two-person Jacuzzi and tubs, canopy and poster beds and fireplaces. A three-course breakfast features homemade baked goods such as cinnamon applesauce cake, a house specialty, fresh fruit, bacon or sausage and an entree. A refreshment bar with snacks and beverages is always available. Stroll the landscaped grounds with a deck and tranquil pond.
