Description
Circa 1910. The pristine lakeside setting of this inn calms the spirit of the busiest traveler, and there are more than two acres of grounds with perennial gardens, giant pine trees and an herb garden. The inn offers a variety of rooms, most with lake or garden views, period furnishings and queen or king beds. Request a third-floor room for a fireplace and whirlpool tub. The Calla Lily Suite includes a sitting area as well as a tub overlooking Tripp Lake. The inn's favorite guest space is the flagstone terrace overlooking the water. Breakfast offerings are provided in the glassed-in porch (also a great spot to watch the sunset).
Location: Country, Waterfront and Portland Country lakeside.
