Minimum Stay Requirements: Minimum stays may be required on certain peak and event weekends, generally graduation, holidays and in-town seasonal events. Cancellation: Cancellation must be made one week in advance of your arrival date. Every effort will be made to re-book your room, however if it cannot be re-booked, you will be charged one night's room rate. No shows will be charged the entire stay. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises, Only well-behaved dogs are allowed and only in the Bowdoin room. Dogs may not be left unattended in room except during breakfast. No dogs in the interior common areas. There is an additional room charge of $20 for your dog. Any extra cleaning or repairs required because of your dog will be charged to your credit card. No other pets allowed. Due to insurance requirements certain breeds of dogs are not accepted. Smoking: Outside Only.
