This year-round B&B is located in Ogunquit, on a private path off Marginal Way in the seacoast area of southern Maine. Read and relax in the fireside living room. Stay in an intimate and inviting colonial-style guest bedroom in the guest house or a spacious carriage house suite with a kitchen, four-poster bed and deck access. Minimum Stay Requirements: A two-night stay in the premium season, some fall weekends and holidays. Cancellation: Cancellations are date changes, cancelled dates or cancelled reservations once a deposit has been remitted. No refunds for cancellations made upon arrival. No refunds for early departures. If cancellations are made within 21 days of arrival, deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made 21 days of arrival or prior to 21 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $35.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations due to unfavorable or severe weather conditions, policies apply as listed above. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
