Minimum Stay Requirements: Two night minimum stay Cancellation: As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival so your deposit can be refunded, less a $40.00 service charge per room. Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation. For cancellations within 30 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation, unless the room is able to be re-rented. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises.
