Minimum Stay Requirements: A 2-night minimum stay is required during the Summer and Fall seasons. Special arrangements can also be made for corporate guests. Cancellation: More than 14 days from arrival: The Advance Deposit will be refunded in full.
Less than 14 days from arrival: Due to short season and limited number of rooms, cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit the Advance Deposit if the room is unable to be re-rented for the entire period. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.

Historic Interest |
Built in 1878 by Col. William F. Holland, a banker from Savannah, Georgia. The design is what is commonly known as Stick Style Victorian. Having survived the Great Fire of 1947 thanks to a fortuitous change in the winds, the Primrose Inn remains one of the last grand residences of the 19th Century in Bar Harbor.
