Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night stay required most weekends in summer & fall. Cancellation: A deposit equal to one night's room and tax, or the complete package price whichever is applicable, is required to confirm your reservation and will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within the 14 day window will be refunded less the cancellation charge, only if the room can be re-booked. All packages are non-refundable unless the reservation can be re-sold in its entirety. Winter cancellations are accepted only if airports are closed & roads to the inn are not drivable.
