Minimum Stay Requirements: Minimum stay required on weekends and holidays Cancellation: Half of the stay plus tax is required as a deposit on guest rooms. Fourteen days advance notice of cancellation is required for $25.00 cancellation fee on guest rooms. Within 14 days, the deposit will be returned only if the room is booked for the entire stay. Sixty day cancellation is required for a 50% refund of deposit on cottages. Deposits will be refunded only if cottage is rebooked for the entire stay. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
