Perched atop green lawns that slope to the water's edge, the inn is newly redecorated adding a fresh, yet true-to-the-era, feel to an historic treasure. The Lawnmere is an ideal spot for a wedding. The charming Main Inn and Annex buildings have 30 guest rooms and suites, and a six bedroom/six bathroom guest house is nestled in the pines nearby. All rooms have private baths, telephones and cable television. Cozy up to the fireplace in the parlor, enjoy native lobster in the popular on-site restaurant, or shop in Boothbay Harbor just minutes away. Of course, an Adirondack chair will be waiting for you when you return.

Minimum Stay Requirements: Minimum stay required on weekends and holidays. Cancellation: For guest rooms, 14 days notice of cancellation is required for a full refund of deposit, less $25 cancellation fee. Within 14 days, deposit will be refunded only if room is resold for the entire length of stay. The Pine View Guest house (rented weekly) requires 60 days notice of cancellation for a 50% refund of deposit. Within 60 days, deposit will be refunded only if the guest house is resold for the entire length of stay. Pets: Pets Allowed and certain rooms only. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
