Minimum Stay Requirements: During the season (May 1 to November 1) a minimum 2-night stay is requested. If only a 1-night stay is possible, there is an additional $20 maid service fee charged. Cancellation: 30 days, full refund of deposit. 15 days, 1/2 deposit. >15 days no refund. For Holiday Weekends, payment upfront for complete stay, no refund 30 days from reservation. Pets: Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises, Pets are allowed at the discretion of the owner. Pets must be with the guests at all times and may not be left on the premises. All pet waste must be disposed of properly. Smoking: Outside Only.
