Circa 1903. The front porch of this Shingle-style Victorian and 1920s bungalow are shaded by white birch trees. The houses are a place for relaxation and enjoyment, uncluttered, simple havens filled with comfortable furnishings. The guest rooms are decorated with antiques and pastel wallcoverings. Maine's coast offers an endless amount of activities, from boating to whale watching. It is a five-minute walk to the beach and the pier.

Minimum Stay Requirements: Two nights on mid- and high-season weekends. Three nights on holiday weekends. Cancellation: A deposit must accompany all reservations. The first night of your stay must be paid for in advance in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations for 4 nights or longer require one-half the total as a deposit. Balance is due in full upon your arrival. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. The balance of your deposit will be refunded provided you notify us 21 days before the date of your arrival. If less than 21 days notice is given, your deposit may be refunded if we are able to re-rent your room for the period reserved. There are no refunds on early departures. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
