This striking, five-story brick structure was known as the Hotel Belvedere at the turn of the century. Guests now choose from four guest rooms on the second floor, where they also will find the arch-windowed Broadway Room, with its views of the Market House District and the Ohio River, just a block away. Breakfast is served in this room, which also contains a 1911 player piano. The guest rooms all feature different color schemes and each is furnished with antique furniture and handmade quilts.
