Minimum Stay Requirements: Special Event Days require a minimum stay or two or more days Cancellation: Reservations require a deposit of a one-night stay and a major credit card for the remaining days. If given fourteen days notice of room/suite cancellation, a refund will be given less a cancellation fee of $25. Otherwise, guests are required to make full payment for all reservations. Special Event Days require a minimum stay of more than one night and a thirty day cancellation notice. Smoking: Outside Only.
