Cancellation for holiday period, December 22-31: Cancellation notice received within thirty days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to a minimum seven night stay of room plus State tax. Any checkout earlier than the confirmed departure date will incur a minimum seven-night charge of room and tax, to include unused nights. No shows result in a charge equivalent to a minimum seven-night stay of room plus State tax. Name and date changes will not be accepted for any confirmed bookings during the holiday period. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
