Description

Circa 1884. The picturesque residential neighborhood in the renowned Plantation Region is the perfect setting for this award-winning, historic Gothic Victorian Landmark Home, listed in the National Register. Unique architecture, a grand circular staircase, 12 ornamental fireplaces, 13-foot ceilings, heart-pine floors, a courting window and nine-foot doors reflect remarkable craftsmanship. Museum-quality reproductions, classic antiques, designer fabrics and international collections impart an 18th-century style. Luxurious suites and garden cottages offer upscale amenities that include Egyptian bath towels, terry robes, data ports and sound spas. Breakfast is served with settings of fine china and silver. Indulge in family recipes passed down by generations of Southern chefs. Rock on the wraparound veranda, swim in the indoor lap pool or take a moonlit stroll through the gardens.
