Just three blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and a stroll from famous Duval Street, this historic two-acre estate with rustling palm trees and fragrant tropical flowers is in a secluded, serene setting. Swim in one of the four pools and soak in a hot tub. A variety of elegant guest bedrooms and suites are offered in The Mansion, Manor House, two-story inn and Townhouse. Many feature verandas, sundecks or Jacuzzis. Six cottages include porches, private patios and kitchenettes. Enjoy a poolside breakfast, then walk or bike through town or charter a boat and go fishing, diving or sailing. Concierge services will assist with plans and reservations. Once a cigar factory, is now home to nine charming rooms; many offer kitchenettes, porches, or balconies. Two of the guest rooms lie directly on the deck of our beautiful "Black pool."

Are ideal for couples traveling together. They offer kitchenettes, separate sleeping areas, living/dining areas, private porches and patios. Many have private hot tubs.

Has six guest rooms. Three are decorated with antiques and have spacious airy verandas. Another of its rooms has a unique "widows walk" private to its room.

The Town House

Our most elegant accommodations, is a two-story stucco building. It offers two suites, with a total of four bedrooms. One of its suites has a full kitchen, dining room, living room and a private patio with hot tub. Its other suite has a Roman-style Jacuzzi tub in its spacious bathroom, large bedroom and living room. A small pool and a beautiful brick courtyard front it.
