Description
Circa 1930. The Lake House was built as a fishing lodge, and with its location on Big Lake Henderson, offers picturesque views of woodland and water. Guests usually arrange to be finished with daytime adventures in time to return to the inn for sunset views over the lake. A library and a huge stone fireplace are additional gathering places. Guest rooms are furnished in a French Country decor. Miles of paved pathways entice roller skaters and cyclers to Withlacoochee State Trail nearby. There are many lakes to choose from for fishing, water-skiing and boating.
