Description
Circa 1850. This elegant three-story mansion is surrounded by ornate Victorian homes in Old Town Key West. It's steps away from Historic Key West Seaport's boardwalk and two blocks from Duval Street. Built in a different location in 1850 by a local physician, the mansion was bought by two women who moved the inn in 1950 to its current location so that the home would face the harbor with its beautiful sunsets. The inn's many guest bedrooms include touches like four poster beds, French doors leading to verandas and views of the tropical gardens or the harbor. The home, the Pool House and the Carriage House are surrounded by a walled tropical garden, which adds an air of wild seclusion. Guests enjoy the swimming pool and Jacuzzi and all kinds of local water sports, including snorkeling in the only living reef in North America, treasure hunting, deep sea fishing, sea kayaking, jet skiing, dolphin watching and touring the beautiful local sights.
Location: Ocean Community.
