Description
Circa 1905. This Victorian manor was built for James N. Coombs, a wealthy lumber baron who served in the Union Army. Despite his Yankee roots, Coombs was an influential figure in Apalachicola. The home has been lovingly restored to reflect its previous grandeur. Co-owner Lynn Wilson is a renown interior designer and her talents accent the inn's high ceilings, tiled fireplaces and period antiques. Bright English fabrics decorate windows and Oriental rugs accentuate the hardwood floors.
