Minimum Stay Requirements: Two-day Saturday nights in season. Holidays & special events may require a 3-night minimum. Cancellation: • Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel up to one week prior to arrival date at 6pm without a cancellation fee. For example if your checking in on a Monday your cancellation date is the previous Monday by 6pm. After that date & time guests are responsible for their entire room reservation(s) in full. Holidays and special events are subject to a 14-day cancellation period. A 14-day policy applies if 2-3 rooms are reserved. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for a block of 4 or more rooms. • Elopement Packages: Guests are responsible for a 50% non-refundable check deposit when the reservation is made. A credit card may hold the other 50% which is non-refundable 21 days prior to arrival date. Smoking: Outside Only.
