Minimum Stay Requirements: Two-night minimum required to qualify for lower rate on extended stay or business travel. Cancellation: Deposit required via credit card - one night for most reservations. For special holidays, school events, group bookings and affairs, total charged in advance. Deposit is refundable only if notice of cancellation is given via email or in writing 14 days (120 days for special events, group bookings and affairs) prior to arrival date. Shorter notices: if reserved rooms are able to be refilled deposit may be refunded. For extended stays (more than one week) 60-days notice is required and up to 50% of the total lodging charges may be retained. Partial cancellation may be treated as a cancellation in whole, no refund for early departure or late arrival. All cancellations subject to 20% processing fee. Pets: Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises, There are some limitations , advance notice is required. Our two Sheltie companions are always kept apart from our guests, , we request that any traveling companions be accompanied at all times by their caretakers.
