For a leisurely stay in the rolling hills of Connecticut's northeast "Quiet Corner," this 1836 Greek Revival is a gracious bed and breakfast inn with elegant and modern amenities as well as being a stately national landmark with a delightful history. Snacks and beverages are always available in the large living room. A Steinway piano sits in the Empire-style music room/library. Well-appointed guest bedrooms with canopy or four-poster beds are named after previous residents and include turndown service. The Adams and Fitch Rooms can be adjoined as a two-bedroom suite. A gourmet country breakfast is served in the spacious solarium. The grounds feature a formal garden to relax in.
