Minimum Stay Requirements: None Cancellation: All reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to one room night. If you must cancel your reservation, a notice to inn of at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival is required in order to avoid a penalty minus your deposit. The fee for a late cancellation is your room cost for any nights unable to resell. In the event of horrible weather, your deposit will be refunded minus $50 administration fee.
