Minimum Stay Requirements: 2, 3 or 4-night minimum stays may be required on weekend and holiday.event weekends. There may be "holes" in occupance where we relax this requirement, so it is best to call or email specific requests. Cancellation: All reservations must be secured by a one-night deposit by credit card which will be charged when the reservation is made. Any cancellation has a $15.00 fee. If you cancel your reservation, for any reason, within 14 days of arrival, you forfeit one night's room & tax. Should your plans change and you check out before your confirmed departure date, there is a $50.00 Early Departure Fee, once minimum stay requirements (if any) have been met. Deposit and Cancellation Policies are strictly enforced. Pets: Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises, Well-behaved owners may accompany their small dogs (in The Lodge rooms) for a $15.00 per night pet fee and plus a (refundable) $50.00 cleaning deposit if the room is left clean. Advance notice is required. Smoking: Limited.
