Policies |
Minimum Stay Requirements: Two nights on weekends Cancellation: Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the first night of your stay (for single room reservations, 14 days notice for multiple room reservations, holiday weekends, or special packages) will result in a full refund of your deposit less a $35 administration fee for each room booked. Whole house reservations require a 30-day notification period and a $35 processing fee will be charged for each room. For cancellations made with less notice, a refund (less the $35 processing fee) will not be given unless we are able to re-book the room. If the room is re-booked, your deposit will be refunded less a $35 administrative fee. Changing your reservation or adjusting your length of stay after this point may change the rate and/or availability of rooms. Early departures are handled as cancellations and the same policies apply. Cancellations can only be made by telephone during our normal business hours of 8AM-9PM Pacific Time. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
