Policies |
Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 nights on weekends (Friday & Saturday), may consider 1 night on weekends for last minute reservations on space available basis, 2-3 nights required most holiday and peak periods. Cancellation: A notification of at least 14 days in advance is required to receive a 75% refund of your deposit. Deposits for a reservation that is canceled with less than 14 days advance notice will not be refunded unless the canceled room is re-booked. A $50 (50% Holidays and Rent-The-House) cancellation fee will be assessed. For Holidays, Rent-The-House and Special Events, a 30-day cancellation policy is in effect. Please be advised that weather and road restrictions are not grounds for canceling your reservation. This is a ski resort, chains may be required in winter months. There are 3 routes into Big Bear. In the rare circumstance that all roads to the mountain are closed, you will be given a credit toward a future stay. Smoking: Outside Only.
