Minimum Stay Requirements: Two-night minimum on weekends and holidays of peak season and a two-night minimum all during the off-peak season. Cancellation: If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be no charge only if the reservation is cancelled more than seven days before the scheduled arrival date (14 days for holiday weekends). Credit card will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival for the full amount due, which is non–refundable. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. A cancellation inside of the 7 day period will not be accepted due to weather conditions, such as snow in the Park, weather too hot, too cold or too rainy. Smoking: Outside Only.
