Minimum Stay Requirements: Two night minimum stay most weekends Cancellation: At the time of reservation we secure an advance payment equal to one night's stay plus tax. The balance is due upon arrival. If you must cancel your reservation, a 14-day notification prior to your arrival is required to receive a refund of your advance payment less a $25 administration fee. If you are unable to cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your stay, you are obligated to the entire amount of your stay. Your advance payment will only be returned if the room can be re-booked. All cancellations and or changes to reservations must be made via phone with an employee of the Shafsky House. No-show reservations will be charged the full booking amount. There is a $15.00 charge for lost or unreturned keys. All rates are subject to a 10% City Tax. Check-in time is between 4 and 7 p.m. With advance notice, late check-ins can be accommodated. Please contact staff regarding arrangements. Pets: Innkeepers pets on premises and Pets cannot be accommodated at the inn. Smoking: Limited.
