Description
Circa 1894. Vines cover the two-foot thick brick walls of the Bakery, Carriage House and the Main House of this French country inn. One of the Four Sisters Inns, it is reminiscent of a bucolic setting in Provence. Guest bedrooms are decorated in a warm, romantic style, some with vineyard and garden views. Accommodations in the Old Bakery have fireplaces. After a satisfying breakfast go for a swim in the pool and soak in the outdoor hot tub. Bicycles are available for wandering the surrounding countryside. In the evenings, wine and hors d'oeuvres are served. Yountville, just north of Napa, California, offers close access to the multitude of wineries and vineyards in the valley.
