Built in the 1880s and fully restored to its Queen Anne Victorian splendor, this B&B sits on more than one acre with lawns, gardens, a patio, gazebo, fountain and 200-plus rose bushes. Enjoy conversing with new friends in the fireside front room. Browse through the extensive culinary library of more than 10,000 cookbooks and resources. Stay in a guest bedroom with a fireplace and a clawfoot tub. Start each day with a hearty breakfast in the fireside dining room made with locally grown fruits, vegetable and products. We've stayed in a number of B&B inns over the years and always paid close attention to everything...the house, the grounds, breakfast and most importantly how the innkeepers interacted with their guests. Quilt Room

This ground-floor room is named for the handsome handmade quilts which grace a pair of mahogany pineapple-posted twin beds. Place your belongings in an antique dresser or closet. The windows face out to the rose garden and backyard. Guests will share the nearby large bath (just a few steps across the hall) with shower stall, clawfoot tub, pedestal sink and hair dryer. This room can be part of a "family package" with The Tulip Room. Cable TV/VCR.

Tulip Room

A sunny and bright room located on the ground floor, has a cozy gas fireplace with antique tulip tiles. Furnished with an antique oak armoire and dresser and a Full-size antique oak bed. The room includes a private half bath en suite. The large bath is right nearby with shower stall, clawfoot tub, pedestal sink and hairdryer. Cable TV/VCR.

Lavender Rose

The most romantic and restful room. The second floor view takes in the rose garden and redwood trees. This room is furnished with an antique rosewood Queen-size bed and dresser with closet storage also available. Take just a moment to relax on the antique fainting couch. You'll have a rose-themed, private full bath with a clawfoot tub with combination shower and hair dryer. Cable TV/VCR.

Peacock Suite

This richly decorated, spacious room with plush oriental carpets and a sitting area with a leather wingback chair and ottoman is on the second floor. The suite features a King-size four-poster bed, antique dresser and closet space. Includes a private full bath with hairdryer, shower, clawfoot tub with combination shower, towel warmer and overhead-pull commode. The private hallway leads to an outdoor balcony and a view of the Pajaro Valley and surrounding hills. Cable TV/VCR.

Policies	Minimum Stay Requirements: 2 nights on weekends. 1 night stays OK but may assess $25.00 housekeeping charge. Cancellation: 7 days or an amount equal to one night's stay will be charged if the room cannot be re-booked.
