Minimum Stay Requirements: We require 2 night minimums on the weekends. Can allow flexibility regarding this if we have not booked fully depending on the date and availability. Cancellation: Cancellation notice must be received no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less $20 processing fee. When reserving more than one room, a cancellation notice must be received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit less $20.00 processing fee per room.
