You can hike or bike the 100 mile Tevis Trail from Squaw Valley to Auburn and relax at the wonderful Bear River Ranch as well as enjoy the magnificent biking and hiking trails all around. Guided tours are available as well as the opportunity to simply relax. In addition, Bear River Ranch provides a unique turn-key, full-service equestrian boarding facility for both the active and senior horse as well as the qualified trainer, including a resident veterinarian on-site.

Policies	Minimum Stay Requirements: No minimum stay. Check-in is at 3:30 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the bed and breakfast at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions. Guests can contact the office using the number on the confirmation received after booking via Web site. Cancellation: Should you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, notice must be received no less than 7 days prior to your current scheduled arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your current arrival date will be non refundable and you will be responsible for payment of any nights not resold, unless your accommodations are resold for all portions of your stay or you will be responsible for any room nights that are unable to be resold.
