Minimum Stay Requirements: Two-night minimum stay weekends, three-or four-night minimum on holiday weekends. Cancellation: Rooms: A deposit of one night's rate by Visa or MasterCard is required to confirm your reservation for a room. If you give us at least fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit, minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the room or cottage. A twenty-one (21) day notice is required for holidays, and for reservations of two or more rooms. Little River Cottage: Full payment for little River cottage is due at time of reservation. If you give us at least twenty-one (21) days notice of cancellation, we will give you a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than twenty-one (21) days notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the cottage. Pets: Pets Allowed, Innkeepers pets on premises and Pets must be well behaved. Not allowed in common areas. May not be left in rooms unattended. Smoking: Smoke Free Property.
