Cancellation: There is a $25 fee for all cancellations. As a small independently-owned inn, cancellations affect us dearly. A 14-day cancellation notice prior to 12:00 noon on day of arrival is required or you are obligated to pay the full charge of the reservation unless we can re-rent the room. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for holidays, packages and/or reservations of two or more rooms. Pets: Pets Allowed and Small well-behaved dogs are welcome in our suites with advance notice. Smoking: Limited.
