The Cottage

Newly renovated and remodeled with our best ocean views. The Cottage offers Old Mission charm and the ultimate in privacy and luxury. The bathroom features a double jetted tub from which guests can see the ocean and a separate steam shower. The sitting room with fireplace opens to the living room with breakfast bar, kitchenette and queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king bed. The private patio overlooks our pool and the ocean. 600-square feet separate building.

This ocean view suite features a large, luxurious bathroom with double whirlpool tub and separate shower. An inviting double-sided fireplace faces the bedroom with king bed and the living room with double sleeper sofa, wet bar and ocean view balcony. 500-square foot suite.

Newport and Balboa Suites

These ocean view junior suites with a king-size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa can conveniently be combined with an adjoining room to become a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Policies	Minimum Stay Requirements: Holidays and some weekends Cancellation: Reservations must be secured by advance payment of at least one night’s room rate and tax. Advanced payments less a $25 processing fee are refundable if the reservation is cancelled or changed at least five (5) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is changed or cancelled within five (5) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable. In addition, guests remain responsible for the balance of the total reservation costs for the entire scheduled stay. Advanced payments are applied to the last night of the scheduled stay. Pets: Pets Allowed and $25 per pet per night fee. Smoking: Limited.
