Circa 1880. The Cliff Cottage Inn is the only B&B in the heart of Historic Downtown with an elf who delivers full-gourmet breakfasts to each suite and puts a complimentary bottle of Champagne or white wine in the fridge. Comprised of three houses in a row, the inn is just steps to the shops and restaurants of Main Street in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. An 1880 Eastlake Victorian, Sears' first kit home, is a State and National Landmark. It features suites with private front porches and decks tucked into the three-story high rock bluff. The Place Next Door is a Victorian replica boasting two upstairs suites with balconies. The Artist's Cottage is a renovated 1910 Craftsman. Two elegant suites include pure-air whirlpool tubs, a porch and a deck.

One of the inn's largest suites, is in the 1880s Cliff Cottage with all the Victorian architectural treats and features include: Jacuzzi for 2 with shower, complimentary champagne or white wine, fridge, full gourmet breakfast delivered to your door, beverage bar(imported teas, coffee, hot chocolate, chai, cappucino). Suite's living room has huge triple bay window overlooking all of downtown. Bedroom has antique bird's eye maple furnishings with custom king-size Victorian bed. Suite has its own private front porch which overlooks downtown. TV/Cable/CD player/sound therapy machine. Private deck with fountain out your back door for enjoying a sip of wine or some early-morning coffee.

In the historic Cliff Cottage, the suite features Jacuzzi for 2 in corner of bedroom & open-air outdoor shower for 2 tucked into stone bluff (also indoor shower 5 steps over next door. No one else uses that shower, exclusively for Tennyson.) Fireplace in spacious living room. Champagne or white wine chilled in fridge. Full gourmet breakfast delivered to your door. King-size Victorian sleigh bed with antique bedroom furnishings. Private front porch overlooking all of downtown.
